Transfer Your Maryland License
Hello and Welcome! We are so happy to have you as part of the Norkus Referrals team. Below you will find our guide to successfully transfer your license in the state of Maryland as well as information to obtain business cards. As always, if you require assistance please just reach out.

Once we receive your license from the Maryland Real Estate Commission, we will send you an ICA, W-9 and a copy of your license that will need to be signed and returned.
Step 1
License Status Change
Visit The Maryland Department of Labor website to change your license status, click HERE
Click on the bullets shown below under "Make the following changes online - Electronic Licensing:"
Step 2
Application Login
​Log into your account using your Salesperson information.
Step 3
Broker Changes
Select ACTIVE for "Change my license type from ACTIVE to:"
Step 4
Transfer Your License
Use the image below as a guide to complete the Broker Changes form.
